Nestled between the jungle and the Caribbean Sea, this luxury hotel captivates with its modern design and unlimited luxury. Playa del Carmen is approximately 25 minutes away, the beautiful Bahia Petempich lagoon 15 minutes, and Cancun Airport is about 15 minutes away.

Facilities

Opened in 2016, this adults-only hotel features 362 modern suites and offers its guests a highly comfortable stay. The hotel boasts 3 pools (Freestyle Pool, Energy Pool, and Xhale Club Pool). The 9 restaurants, including a main buffet restaurant, 5 à la carte restaurants (e.g., Mexican, French, Italian, Asian, no reservations required, and communal tables in some restaurants), a grill restaurant on the beach, and a café, will delight every gourmet. In the beautifully landscaped spa (sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy circuit, massages, etc.), you can relax and unwind. The hotel also has 8 trendy bars, a nightclub, shopping facilities, and a hairdresser.

Allure Junior Suite Partial Ocean View

The luxurious, stylishly furnished Junior Suites are approximately 50 sq m and offer a king-size bed or two full-size beds, flat-screen TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (incl.), bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe (incl.), bathrobes, slippers, individually controlled air conditioning, minibar (stocked daily with soft drinks, water, juice, and beer), coffee/tea maker, iron/ironing board, and a balcony or terrace, some with partial ocean view (APO/AV1). Ocean View rooms (AV2/AV1) are also available at an additional charge.

Xcelerate Junior Suite

These rooms feature the same amenities as the Allure Junior Suites and are located in the Xcelerate party zone. Available with ocean view (X1O) or tropical view (X2T), and also as swim-out (Y2X).

xhale club Junior Suite Ocean View

In addition to the amenities of the Allure Junior Suites, these rooms offer direct ocean views and the following luxurious amenities: Private check-in/out with concierge service, xhale club lounge, exclusive xhale club pool, pillow menu, alarm clock radio, enhanced minibar and room service menu, concierge service at the pool and bar, daily newspaper in the room upon request, exclusive restaurant for breakfast and lunch, and one spa hydrotherapy session per stay, breakfast service at Picante, and a special beach area with hammocks (2XO).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

A tourism tax came into effect on April 1, 2021, and currently amounts to a one-time payment of 224 Mexican Pesos, or approximately 11 US dollars per person, regardless of the planned duration of stay in the country.

Alternatively, the tax can be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. It is advisable to carry the exact amount in Mexican Pesos or US Dollars.

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. Hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause some noise.
