The exclusive adults-only hotel (18 years and older) has 473 modernly furnished rooms spread across three buildings. Guests have 8 bars, 3 à la carte restaurants (including the unique CHIC Cabaret (reservation required and for a fee)), a swimming pool, and a beach club at their disposal. Loft Suite Jacuzzi Terrace

The suites, with otherwise identical furnishings, consist of a bedroom and a separate living area. Additionally, they feature a Jacuzzi on the terrace (Y2T).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For a occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Hotels in Mexico are gradually introducing an "Eco-Tax".
Each hotel room user in Mexico is therefore obliged to pay a fee to the state locally at the hotel in cash, corresponding to a tourist tax.

A tourism tax was introduced on April 1, 2021, and currently amounts to a one-time fee of 224 Mexican Pesos or approx. 11 US Dollars per person, regardless of the planned duration of stay in the country.

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, an increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased amount of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which emits a slight noise.
