The 5-star resort is built in a Caribbean-Mexican style. It has 502 suites and pampers its guests with the Unlimited-Luxury® concept. For guests' culinary well-being, there is a buffet restaurant, 6 à la carte restaurants (Seafood, Asian, International, Mexican, Mediterranean, Brazilian and Grill), a cafe with snacks, a grill restaurant, and 13 bars (2 exclusive for Preferred Club guests), as well as 24-hour room service. The centerpiece is the beautifully landscaped pool area (an infinity pool, an ocean view pool, a children's pool, 5 whirlpools, a water park and a lazy river (for Preferred Club guests)) with a sun terrace and swim-up bar, located directly on the beach with a fantastic view over the sea.

The tastefully furnished rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, king-size bed or two double beds, safe, Nespresso machine, minibar (daily refill with beer, water, and soft drinks), bathrobe and slippers, and a separate living area with a sofa bed, and a furnished terrace with a whirlpool (J2P/J1P). Also available with garden view (JGB/JGS), partial sea view (JS2) or ocean view (JOV).

Hotels in Mexico are gradually introducing an "Eco-Tax".
As a result, every hotel room user in Mexico is obliged to pay a tax to the state in cash at the hotel, similar to a tourist tax.
**************************************A tourism tax came into force on April 1, 2021, and currently amounts to a one-time payment of 224 Mexican pesos or approx. 11 US dollars per person, regardless of the planned duration of stay in the country.

Alternatively, the tax can also be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. It is advisable to carry the exact amount in Mexican pesos or US dollars.

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, an increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates some noise.
