Location

The adults-only hotel is located directly on the kilometer-long, white dream beach of Playa Maroma. This is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on the Riviera Maya. Transfer time from the airport: approx. 30 minutes. Playa del Carmen is approx. 20 minutes away.

Facilities

The award-winning romantic resort has 412 rooms, a buffet restaurant, 6 à la carte restaurants (Asian, Italian, French, Mexican, Steakhouse, and seafood specialties), 7 bars, and a shopping arcade. In the extensive garden complex, there are 2 large swimming pools and 2 whirlpools, inviting you to relax. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi included.

The Junior Suites are approx. 55 m² in size, modernly furnished with a king-size bed or two queen-size beds and a seating area, whirlpool bathtub/shower/toilet, hairdryer, bathrobe, TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (free), CD and DVD player, alarm clock, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar, coffee maker, safe, and balcony. Available with partial sea view, direct sea view, or as a Junior Suite Swim Out (from November 2021 only on request) at an additional charge.

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates some background noise.
