This adults-only resort offers 478 luxurious suites. The heart of the resort is a spacious lobby with seating areas and free Wi-Fi. The complex features several pool areas, including large freshwater pools, swim-up pools, and relaxation areas. Culinary delights are provided by several restaurants offering international cuisine and à la carte concepts, complemented by various bars in the lobby, by the pool, and on the beach. The resort also boasts an entertainment and animation program, a fitness center, and a spa area with wellness and beauty treatments. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the beach and by the pool.

The junior suites feature 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, a bathroom with a hot tub, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a minibar that is replenished daily (water, soft drinks, beer), and a coffee/tea set. They also include bathrobes, a safe, an iron and ironing board, and a furnished terrace or balcony (LJS). For an additional charge, they can also be booked as a Swim-Up Junior Suite with direct access to the lazy river (SUJ).

The suites are located just a few steps from the beach and are furnished with dark wood furniture and a king-size bed. The bathroom has a hot tub, double sinks, modern amenities, and a hairdryer. Other amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a minibar that is replenished daily (water, soft drinks, beer), a coffee/tea set, iron, ironing board, safe, and a furnished balcony or terrace (JB2). For an additional charge, they can also be booked as a Beachfront Swim-Up Junior Suite with direct pool access (JBS).

A tourism tax was implemented on April 1, 2021, and currently amounts to a one-time fee of 224 Mexican Pesos or approximately 11 US Dollars per person, regardless of the planned duration of stay in the country.

Alternatively, the tax can also be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. It is advisable to carry the exact amount in Mexican Pesos or US Dollars.

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can cause some noise.
