They are located in the main building (J2D). Pool view (U2W) or partial ocean view (W2G) are also available at an extra charge.

As of April 1, 2021, a tourism tax is in effect and currently costs 224 Mexican Pesos, or approximately 11 US Dollars, per person, regardless of the length of stay in the country.

Alternatively, the tax can be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. It is advisable to carry the exact amount in Mexican Pesos or US Dollars.
In Mexico, sinks or bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly into the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

No smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transportation, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations may be punishable by fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. Hotel management and local authorities are making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may generate some noise.
