Location

The Hotel All Ritmo Cancun Resort & Waterpark is located near a sandy beach. The town center is approximately 15 km away. Cancun city is about 6 km away. The airport (CUN) is approximately 22 km away. For mobility during your vacation, there is a car rental service, a taxi stand, and a bus stop about 30 meters away.

Facilities

The family-friendly all-inclusive resort with a water park offers its guests a total of 115 accommodation units, a 24-hour reception, a lobby with a bar, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a mini-market, other shops, and a theater. For culinary enjoyment, there are 4 restaurants: the main restaurant, "El Palmar," the "Pancho Villa" with Mexican cuisine, the "Góndola" with Italian cuisine, and the adults-only restaurant "Ostras." Additionally, there is the "Oasis" snack bar and the three bars "Diego," "Cúpulas," and "Oasis," where you can relax and end the day with a delicious cocktail. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the beach.

The simply furnished double rooms offer a shower/WC, TV, centrally controlled air conditioning, a rental safe, a hairdryer, and a telephone (D).

These cozy rooms are equipped similarly to the double rooms, but they face the garden (2GD).

Junior Suite with sea view

With otherwise similar amenities, these rooms are slightly more spacious and additionally offer a seating area and sea view (J2M/JOV).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). When occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children or 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations may result in fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal Information

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, increased amounts of brown algae are often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making efforts to clean affected beach areas in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause some noise.
