Located directly on the fine sandy beach. Santa Clara Airport is approx. 120 minutes away by car. Varadero Airport is approx. 6 hours away.

Facilities

The luxurious resort with 802 rooms features a reception area with a reception desk, lobby bar, and internet corner. For your culinary enjoyment, there are three buffet restaurants offering international cuisine and a Market Grill (open 24 hours), 1 gourmet restaurant, three à la carte restaurants (Italian, Oriental, and Mediterranean), the Adults-Only restaurant "Royal," and two family restaurants. The complex also offers numerous bars, cocktail bars, and beach bars. The pool area includes a main pool with a pool bar and exclusive pools in the Royal Service and Family Concierge areas. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are provided free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Junior Suite

The room (approx. 47 sqm) features a king-size bed or 2 twin beds, a bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, a bathtub (in the bedroom), ironing board/iron, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, coffee machine, minibar (daily replenished with soft drinks, water, and beer), safe, Wi-Fi, room service (free of charge), and a furnished balcony or terrace with garden or pool view.

Junior Suite Royal Service

With the same amenities, these rooms are located in a separate area and additionally offer butler service, 24-hour room service, Wi-Fi (free of charge), daily turndown service, and a minibar with premium drinks. Bookable for guests aged 18 and over.

The Reserve Junior Suite (From W22/23)

The rooms are located in the swim-up buildings overlooking the pools. They offer a lounge, a bedroom with a TV, king-size or double beds, a bathtub, and a sofa bed. Each 2 to 3 bungalows have access to a swim-up pool. Exclusive services are available in The Reserve area.

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). When occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children or 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room. This means occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!
