The well-maintained complex features 756 rooms, a lobby with reception and bar. The hotel offers an air-conditioned main restaurant, a beach and pool restaurant, 2 specialty restaurants (Japanese and Steakhouse), and several bars. Furthermore, the complex offers two large lagoon-style pools with integrated children's pool, a spa area, and a gym. Free towels are available at the pools. In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, an increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can generate some noise.
