This renovated resort is designed in a colorful Caribbean style. The complex has 310 rooms, an impressive open reception hall, and other public facilities such as a Caribbean shopping street, a beauty salon, a disco, and car and bicycle rental. A path leads from the reception hall through a lush, natural mangrove forest to your holiday club. It features a buffet restaurant, 7 à la carte restaurants (including Dominican, Mexican, Italian, Asian, Brazilian, and Mediterranean), 9 bars (incl. 24-hour sports bar), a coffee shop and ice cream parlor, as well as a crêpe stand. The gardens feature 3 swimming pools with an integrated children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers & umbrellas, as well as a snack bar and a beach club.

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.35 x 2m). If the occupancy is 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

From April to December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can generate a slight background noise.
