This hotel has the following certification:
  • Preferred by Nature
  • Ecostars

Note

An armband is required to use the all-inclusive services. During dinner, sportswear, swimwear, beach shoes, and similar items are not permitted in the restaurants. With low hotel occupancy, there may be restrictions on the opening hours of restaurants (main restaurant excluded) in exceptional cases.
In the Dominican Republic, sinks or bathtubs/whirlpools may be openly integrated into the general living area of the hotel room without a spatial separation.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates a slight background noise.
