The hotel complex extends over a total area of over 25,000 m² and offers 403 comfortably furnished rooms. In addition to a variety of specialty restaurants ("Bambu"-oriental cuisine, "Il Palco"-Italian cuisine, "Viva Mexico"-Mexican cuisine, "25" specialty restaurant, "Palito de Coco" specialty restaurant, "La Roca"-Mediterranean cuisine buffet style, Viva Café-International, Atlantis (Seafood Restaurant with reservation), Fusion Latino, Café Dominicus, Tiki Bar, Crêperie), the resort also features a boutique, a souvenir shop, a jeweler, a spa and fitness room, a sauna, a whirlpool, and a beauty salon (for a fee). Furthermore, guests can use the "Viva Diving" dive center, a theater, and an air-conditioned disco. The beautiful pool area offers a separate children's pool, a whirlpool, and a pool bar. With the same amenities as the Superior rooms, these rooms are more modern and feature a 48 LCD cable TV (HG2/HG1).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 persons per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause a slight noise disturbance.
