Location

The hotel is situated in a prime location on the Samana Peninsula, directly between the bays of Samana and Escocesa, boasting beautiful natural landscapes with tropical sandy beaches. The resort is approximately 171 km from Santo Domingo Airport and about 1 hour from Samana Airport. From January to March, the bays offer a unique natural spectacle as numerous humpback whales gather here for mating.

Seasonal information

Between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increase in brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may generate some noise.
