The comfortable hotel complex with 494 rooms consists of a main building and nine three-story annexes. General facilities of the resort include a lobby with reception, the buffet restaurant, 3 à la carte restaurants (Mexican and Brazilian) as well as two further restaurants (for a fee), 4 bars, a theater, a wine shop (for a fee), 4 lounges, various shops, a freshwater swimming pool with sun terrace, and a separate children's pool.

These rooms are much more spacious and feature higher-quality furnishings with classic elegance and modern innovative elements, as well as a bathtub with hydromassage function. Furthermore, the room offers a small seating area for relaxation. Available with pool view or adults-only garden view for an additional charge.

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). If the occupancy is 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

During stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can generate some noise.
