The small holiday complex is located about 350 meters from the beach. The center of the well-known resort of Side is about 1 km away. Public minibuses and taxis are available on the nearby main road.

The family-friendly holiday hotel consists of a four-story main building with elevators and has a total of 210 rooms. It offers an attractive lobby with a reception and seating area, as well as a lobby bar and a TV corner. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area, high-speed internet is available for a fee. Facilities include the main restaurant with a terrace, a small game room for card games, a small library, and an indoor pool (open only during the winter season and depending on the weather). In the small outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a water slide and a separate children's pool, as well as a sun terrace with a snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are available free of charge around the pool; beach towels are available for a fee.
