The hotel is located about 150 meters from the hotel's own sandy beach. Manavgat, with many shopping and entertainment options, is about 5 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available nearby.

The hotel has a main building with three elevators, approx. 8,000 sqm and 213 rooms on seven floors. Among the various amenities are an impressive reception hall with a reception and cozy seating areas, lobby bar, an à la carte restaurant (free once with advance reservation for stays of at least seven nights), patisserie, and bars. Furthermore, a hairdresser, various shops, and a conference room are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the facility. The attractively designed outdoor area features a main pool, sun terraces, and a pool bar; the indoor area has a heated indoor pool (weather permitting). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and on the beach in summer.

Double room

The modernly furnished rooms, approximately 31 sqm, feature a double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, operates depending on weather and hours), tea/coffee setup, Wi-Fi (free), minibar, LCD TV, safe, laminate flooring, land view, and a balcony or terrace (D). Rooms with pool view (PD), side sea view (DMS), or sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional cost. Double room for single use (DE/PDE/DES/DEM).

Deluxe Double room

These rooms, with otherwise identical furnishings, consist of a sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed, and are approximately 33 sqm with direct sea view and terrace (DD2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, late riser breakfast, snacks available throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and an ice cream hour at the patisserie, as well as a mini night buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. The minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks and beer. The area where the hotel beach is located is an archaeological site where the construction of a bar or restaurant is not possible, therefore drinks are served on the beach by the hotel.
