The newly built complex is located near Evrenseki, 90 m from the gently sloping sandy beach. The lively town center of Side is about 6 km away, and Manavgat is about 8 km away. Public minibus and taxi services are available near the hotel.

This mid-range hotel has a total of 130 rooms spread across a four-story building with elevators. It features a modern lobby with Wi-Fi included, reception, and seating areas, a lobby bar, a satellite TV lounge, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants, and a small indoor pool (open during the winter season). Additionally, there are various shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee). The well-maintained garden area boasts a freshwater swimming pool and sun terrace. A beach bar is also available on the beach. There is a restaurant on the beach for lunch (available intermittently between May 1st and November 1st). Sun loungers, cushions, and beach towels are included at the beach (with sunshades) and by the pool (with umbrellas).
