The hotel complex is located in the Side region, approx. 500 m from the hotel's own sandy beach (free shuttle service available during certain times of the day). Shops and entertainment facilities are located approx. 200 m away on the main road, and the nearest ancient settlement of Side can be easily reached by public transport approx. 3 km away.

The impressive hotel with 358 rooms offers a reception hall with a reception area, lobby with seating and lobby bar, elevator, TV room, restaurant with terrace, bars, various shops, and an indoor pool (open until May 1st). The centerpiece of the holiday complex is the magnificent, two-level large pool landscape with two freshwater pools featuring five water slides, a wave pool, two children's pools (one with water slides), a small waterfall, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included here and at the hotel's own beach. The beach bar offers soft drinks and snacks on the beach. The first bath towel is provided free of charge, and changes are offered for a fee.

Double room

The stylishly furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central controlled, hourly from May 1st to September 30th), telephone, satellite TV with music channel, minibar, kettle, safety deposit box (rental fee), ceramic tiled floor, and balcony (D). Double rooms with sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM). Single use of double room (DE/DEM).

Family room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door (DF2). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (F2M).

Family room duplex

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms (visually separated by stairs). The lower floor has a double bed and a sofa bed, shower/WC, the upper floor has two single beds (DUF).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, late riser's breakfast, snacks available during the day, coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon, as well as local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from 10 am to midnight are included.
