Location

The hotel is located in the center of the Side Titreyengöl holiday area. The pebble/sand beach, approximately 250 m away, can be reached via a pedestrian promenade along a small lake. The historic center of Side is about 3 km away and easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

Facilities

The newly renovated holiday hotel has a total of 347 rooms spread across six floors (four panoramic elevators available). Hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with reception, lobby bar, and comfortable seating areas. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. There is a main restaurant with a terrace, several à la carte restaurants (reservations required, fee applies), various bars, a patisserie, a disco, a conference room, a modern indoor pool (open during the winter season), and a well-equipped spa center. Several shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). The beautifully landscaped outdoor area features an amphitheater for evening entertainment, a freshwater swimming pool complex with water slides (hourly operation), a separate children's pool, sun terrace, sunbathing lawn, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are available free of charge here, as well as at the beach with a beach snack restaurant and beach bar.

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms are approx. 22 sqm, equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, kettle with coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Sea view (DM) is available at an additional charge. Double room for single use (DE/DEM).

Double Room Comfort

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms feature a double bed and a kangaroo bed with garden and sea view (2CD).

Junior Family Room

Otherwise similarly equipped as the double rooms, these are more spacious (approx. 37 sqm) and feature one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds (2FA).

Family Room Terrace

With otherwise the same amenities and room layout as the junior family rooms, these are significantly larger (approx. 45 sqm) and additionally feature a large terrace (FT2).

Breakfast, late riser's breakfast, lunch and dinner served as a buffet, snacks throughout the day, waffles, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon, and midnight snacks (snack/soup). Children's buffet during lunch and dinner. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars and in the disco (until 2 AM). Your minibar will be stocked with beer, soft drinks, and water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

All imported drinks, à la carte restaurants, freshly squeezed fruit juices, bottled beverages.

Sports included

Hard tennis court during the day, rental of tennis rackets and balls, table tennis, darts, water aerobics, yoga, and fitness room.
