The comfortable hotel is located approx. 5 km from the historic town center of Side, with many shopping opportunities. Antalya Airport is approx. 69 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

The modern hotel complex is expected to open its doors in summer 2025 and extends over a total area of approx. 80,000 m², with a total of 300 rooms on five floors (elevators available). The holiday resort offers various amenities including an elegant lobby with reception, cozy seating areas and lobby bar, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a buffet restaurant with terrace, a separate children's restaurant in summer, various à la carte restaurants (reservation required, one à la carte restaurant included once for a minimum stay of 5 nights), several bars, a disco, and a patisserie. There is also a hairdresser and various shops (each for a fee). A game room with several attractions, a conference room, and the spa and wellness center (each for a fee). An indoor pool with a children's pool is also available. In the beautiful hotel garden, you'll find the spacious swimming pool landscape with sun terraces, pool/pool bar, and a separate children's pool. There is also an aqua pool with water slides (open for a limited time and weather permitting). Sunbeds and umbrellas are included for guests here and at the hotel's own beach section with beach bar/snackbar (April 21-November 10). Bath towels are available free of charge.

Double Room Side Sea View

The rooms are approx. 46 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, one double and one single bed, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, direct dial telephone, safe, coffee/tea making facilities and capsule coffee machine, minibar, parquet flooring, and a balcony with side sea view (DMS). Sea view (DM) or sea view with whirlpool (DJW) available at an extra charge. Double room for single occupancy (DES/DEM/EJW).

Double Room Swim Up

With similar amenities to the Superior Double Rooms, these are larger (approx. 66 sqm) and have direct access to the pool as well as a side sea view (SWD). Double room for single occupancy (SWE).

Double Room Direct Pool Access

With amenities similar to the Swim-Up Double Rooms (approx. 66 sqm), these feature a combined living/sleeping area and direct access to the shared pool with sea view (PZ2). Double room for single occupancy (PZ1).

Suite

The rooms are approx. 70 sqm and have amenities similar to the Standard Double Rooms, consisting of a combined sleeping/living area, a terrace with garden furniture, direct access to the pool, and complimentary cabanas on the beach (S2). Double room for single occupancy (S1).

Duplex Suite Sea View

The rooms are approx. 70 sqm and have amenities similar to the Lagoon Suites, consisting of a combined sleeping/living area (mezzanine style), a terrace with garden furniture, direct access to the pool, and complimentary cabanas on the beach (IX2). Double room for single occupancy (IX1).

Honeymoon Double Room

These rooms are approx. 52 sqm and feature a whirlpool on the terrace and sea view. Upon arrival, guests receive a bottle of sparkling wine, a fruit basket, and pastries, a continental breakfast in the room on the second day, and one complimentary visit to an à la carte restaurant (HOD).

Family Room Side Sea View

These rooms are approx. 57 sqm and have amenities similar to the Superior Family Suite, featuring two bedrooms, a shower/WC, balcony, and side sea view (FS2). Sea view is available at an extra charge (F2M).

Family Suite Side Sea View

These rooms are approx. 78 sqm and have amenities similar to the Family Rooms, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 showers/2 WCs, hairdryer, one double bed and one sofa bed, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart satellite TV, direct dial telephone, safe, coffee/tea making facilities and capsule coffee machine, minibar, parquet flooring, and two balconies with side sea view (FSS). Sea view (2FU) available at an extra charge.

Penthouse Suite

These luxurious rooms are approx. 82 sqm and feature a whirlpool on the terrace and sea view, consisting of one bedroom and a combined living/sleeping area, complimentary beach cabana, and special tea/coffee selection. The minibar is stocked daily with alcoholic beverages and soft drinks; upon arrival, guests receive a bottle of wine and a fruit basket. Complimentary à la carte restaurant use and room service are included.

Buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner (with diet corner), various international and local snacks served at the beach and pool during the day, coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie in the afternoon, and a midnight buffet. A selection of local non-alcoholic and some alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the bars and in the disco. The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer upon arrival and refilled daily as needed.
