Located directly on the long sandy beach. The center of Side is approx. 5 km away and the newly developed resort of Kumköy is nearby. Taxis and public minibuses are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The hotel complex has 482 rooms. Amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas, a buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (included once a week subject to availability and prior reservation; Curio À la carte restaurant and further use of à la carte restaurants are subject to a fee and prior reservation), several bars, a patisserie, a disco, and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (heated from Nov 1st to April 31st, weather permitting). Various shops and conference rooms are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is free in the general areas of the complex and in the rooms. The pool landscape includes several pools open seasonally, a pool bar (seasonal), two separate children's pools, and an aquapark with seven water slides. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available at the beach and by the pool.
Winter:
- All outdoor facilities are closed.
- A bar on the beach is open at the hotelier's discretion, weather permitting.
- Teen club is closed.

Double Room

The friendly furnished rooms in the main building are equipped with twin or French beds, sofa, shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly), satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), safe, coffee/tea setup, minibar, and balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double room for single occupancy can be booked (DE).

Deluxe Room

These rooms have the same equipment, size, and location as the double rooms, with a French bed and a terrace (DD2).

Bungalow Room

The rooms in the garden area are slightly smaller than the double rooms with the same amenities and individually controlled air conditioning (BZ2). Double room for single occupancy can be booked (BZ1).

Family Suite Type A (Summer)

These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms and consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, two showers/WC, bathrobes, two satellite TVs, and a minibar, individually controlled air conditioning, and are located in the garden area. Upon request, you can receive a baby package with a bottle warmer, bathtub, baby monitor, and bottle sterilizer (available with deposit upon request and availability) in your room (ASF).

Family Suite Type B

These rooms in the main building have similar amenities to the double rooms and consist of one bedroom and a living room with a sofa, two showers/WC, bathrobes, two satellite TVs, and a minibar. Upon request, you can receive a baby package with a bottle warmer, bathtub, baby monitor, and bottle sterilizer (available with deposit upon request and availability) in your room (B2F).

Family Room

These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms and consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, two showers/WC, and two satellite TVs and minibar. The rooms are located in the adjoining building (DF2).

Lake Villa (Summer)

Consists of two bedrooms and a living room and terrace, as well as two showers/WC, bathrobes, slippers, TV, minibar, and terrace, and are located directly on a shared pool. When booking this room category, you will receive fresh fruit and fresh flowers, a bottle of wine in your room upon arrival, and daily cookies. Additionally, turndown service and 24-hour room service (excluding alcoholic beverages) are included. Upon request, you can receive a baby package with a bottle warmer, bathtub, baby phone, and bottle sterilizer (available with deposit upon request and availability) in your room (V2).
