Location

The hotel, built in 2021, is located in Kumköy, approximately 450 meters from the sandy beach. Various shopping and entertainment facilities are located in Side and can be easily reached by public transport or taxi at a distance of approx. 5 km.

Facilities

The hotel complex of the Kirman Group offers a total of 420 rooms spread across five floors with elevators. Amenities include an elegant reception hall with a reception area, comfortable seating, and an elegant lobby, as well as a game hall. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The hotel also features a buffet restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (reservations required, one visit to one of the two à la carte restaurants included per minimum 7 nights stay), a disco (open on certain days). Various shops. A mini-market (both at a charge), a wellness area, and an indoor pool with a separate children's activity pool and a separate children's pool, as well as a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels are included for our guests at the pools and on the beach.
All facilities and services in the indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel are open subject to weather conditions, availability, and at the discretion of the hotel management.

Accommodation

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms with a French bed and a single bed offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, minibar, air conditioning (hourly, central), laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Rooms with a side sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMS). Double room for single occupancy (DE/DES).

Superior Double Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are equipped with an additional sofa bed and have a land view (DSU). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMU).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms with an connecting door. One room has a double bed, and the other room has two single beds, each with a bathroom, LCD satellite TV, and air conditioning (hourly, central) (DF2). Rooms with sea view can be booked for an additional charge (F2M).

For breakfast, late risers' breakfast, and dinner, help yourself to the extensive buffets. Lunch is available at the snack restaurant and in high season at the main restaurant. Tea, coffee, and pastries are available during the day. Various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open (some imported drinks included). Premium minibar (The premium minibar contains a bottle of malt beer, a 37.5 cl bottle of red wine, 20 cl imported whisky, Nescafe Express Cold Coffee, Soda, Sprite, a can of Coke, Fanta, iced tea, orange and cherry juice, water, chips, and chocolate on the first day of arrival. Subsequent refills will include a bottle of beer, malt, water, and soft drinks.)
