The small hotel has 176 rooms spread across a main building and four secondary buildings, each with five floors. Lifts are available only in the main building and two secondary buildings. Further facilities in the main building include a reception area with seating, reception desk, lobby bar, satellite TV corner, and an indoor pool (weather permitting). Various shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area. There is also a buffet restaurant with a terrace and an à la carte restaurant (included once per stay for stays of 7 days or more, with reservation). The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and water slides. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and at the beach (from May 1st to October 31st) with a beach bar.

The comfortable rooms are located in the main and secondary buildings and offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe (for a fee), minibar (2 x 0.5 L bottles of water included upon arrival), coffee/tea setup, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Economy Double Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are located in the secondary building in a less favorable position and without a balcony (SOZ).

Family Room

With similar amenities, these consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door (DF2).
