This luxury hotel is located in the Kumköy resort area. The private hotel beach is 400 m away (regular shuttle service available). Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 3 km away; public minibus connections and taxis are available.

This impressive holiday resort offers a total of 584 rooms on six floors. Among the many amenities for a relaxing holiday are the elegant lobby with reception, elevators and lobby bar with inviting seating areas, the main restaurant, various à la carte restaurants, several bars, a cinema and a disco, the indoor pool (heated depending on weather) with a separate children's pool and a state-of-the-art wellness area. Some shops, two conference rooms and a hairdresser are available for a fee. In the beautifully landscaped garden area, you will find the amphitheater, the pool landscape with a separate children's pool, and, as a highlight, the aquapark with 11 water slides (9 water slides for children aged 7-10 years, "Cobra and Slide Boat" usable from 10 years old). By the pool, there is a pool/snack bar, and at the private beach section, a beach bar for snacks (11 am-4 pm) and drinks (10 am-6 pm). Sun loungers with textile covers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included here and by the pool. Wi-Fi is included in the building and around the pool.
The following restrictions apply in winter:
- Aquapark is not in operation.
- Outdoor areas are limited in use.
- No beach bar

Double room

Chic, brightly decorated rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (central and timed), a French bed and a twin bed, minibar, plasma satellite TV (HD TV) with music channel, kettle for tea/coffee making, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Side sea view (DMS) can be booked at an additional charge. Single use = double room for single occupancy (DE/DES).

Family room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these offer one bedroom with a French bed and a second bedroom with a connecting door and two twin beds (Max. occupancy 5+0: 2FA, Max. occupancy 3+1: 2FC). Side sea view can be booked for a fee (maximum occupancy is 4 people) (2FB).

Economy double room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms with land view (SSZ). Double room = single room for single occupancy (SSE).

Superior double room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are more spacious (D2X).

Breakfast with orange juice, lunch and dinner from extensive buffets, late riser breakfast, food centers at certain times of the day, healthy & fast food, hot dogs, gözleme, waffles and ice cream, various snacks and pastries as well as sweets during the day. The "Water World" midnight snack restaurant is open 24 hours. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the open bars, as well as some imported drinks between 10 am and 1 am. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks and water. Smart casual attire is requested for dinner (long trousers for men).
