Location

The hotel is located just across the popular beach promenade from the wide, kilometer-long sandy beach. The center of Side and the ancient sites are approximately 3 km away, easily reachable on foot via the promenade. Manavgat, the provincial capital, is about 8 km away. Taxis and public transport are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
This comfortable hotel, part of the well-known Defne hotel group, is spread over approximately 45,000 m² amidst extensive gardens. It offers a total of 317 double rooms, 28 Star Deluxe rooms, 14 family rooms, 55 Deluxe family rooms, and two rooms accessible for disabled guests (upon request). These are located in several three- to four-story buildings (with elevators). Amenities include a reception hall with a lobby and cozy seating areas, a buffet restaurant serving international cuisine with a pleasant terrace (non-smoking area, weather permitting). The Sahil Bar, which functions as a snack and à la carte restaurant (international cuisine), serves lunch between 12 PM and 4 PM (for a fee). Additionally, there are bars, a satellite TV room with a screen, and a wellness center. Wi-Fi is included in rooms, lobby, garden, beach, bar, and pool areas. The well-maintained garden features sun terraces, a 2200m² swimming pool with a pool bar, a pool with four water slides, and a separate children's pool with a slide (open at specific hours/weather permitting). Sunshades, loungers, mattresses, and beach towels (in the room) are included on the sun terrace, at the beach (with beach bar/snackbar), and by the pool. A quiet indoor pool is available during the early and late seasons, weather permitting, and is heated accordingly.
Winter:
- For All Inclusive bookings, lunch may be served à la carte depending on hotel occupancy.
- Water slides will not be operational, and outdoor facilities are open at the hotelier's discretion, subject to weather conditions.
- Mini Club (open during school holidays), children's pool, and playrooms will not be active.
- Soft animation and occasional evening entertainment.
- The winter season runs from November 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026.

These comfortably furnished rooms feature an extra-large double bed (King Size bed/width 220cm x length 200cm with two separate mattresses), bathroom or shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, Wi-Fi, SAT-LCD TV with music channel (several German programs available), air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly, weather-dependent), mini-fridge, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, smoke detector, seating area, and balcony. (D). Rooms with a side sea view/sea side are available for an additional charge (DMS). Single occupancy rooms are available in the garden view (DE) and for an additional charge with a side sea view/sea side (DES). Rooms with a direct sea view are available for an additional charge (DM).

Star Deluxe Room (approx. 41 m² incl. bathroom)

These also comfortably furnished rooms are larger than the Star rooms and feature an extra-large double bed (King Size bed/width 220cm x length 200cm with two separate mattresses), bathroom or shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, Wi-Fi, SAT-LCD TV with music channel (several German programs available), air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly, weather-dependent), mini-fridge, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, smoke detector, seating area, balcony, and a side sea view/sea side. Maximum occupancy: two adults and two children or 3 adults (DDS).

Star Family Room (approx. 45 m² incl. bathroom)

The furnishings are the same as the Star rooms, with an additional, separate bedroom with two single beds (width 100cm x length 190cm) and a connecting door. The tastefully furnished rooms have two SAT-LCD TVs with music channels (several German programs available), two wardrobes, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a seating area. The rooms have a side or direct sea view/sea side (at the hotelier's discretion). Maximum occupancy: three adults and one child or two adults and two children (2FS).

Star Deluxe Family Room (approx. 65 m² incl. bathroom)

These consist of two Star rooms with a connecting door and two bathrooms or shower/WC. Both rooms have a separate entrance area, a wardrobe, and two balconies with garden views. The furnishings are the same as the Star rooms. Maximum occupancy: four adults and one child (2DF).

Half Board Ultra

Enjoy breakfast and dinner from abundant buffets in the main restaurant. Late riser breakfast from 10 AM to 11 AM (served on a plate) is included. Some local alcoholic beverages (age 18+) and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as various cocktails, are included at the open bars between 9 AM and midnight (from July 1st to August 31st, from 9 AM to 1 AM). The mini-fridge will be stocked with still water.

All Inclusive

With All Inclusive booking, you will also receive lunch from the hotel buffet and coffee/tea with local pastries in the afternoon.

For a fee

Fresh fruit juices, lunch with international cuisine at the Sahil Bar à la carte restaurant (from 12 PM to 4 PM), massages, all facilities and treatments at the modern "Damla Spa Center", telephone and fax charges, laundry service, and doctor's service (hourly).

Sports included

Two tennis courts with panoramic views (hard court with quartz sand and clay court), tennis racket and ball rental, table tennis, billiards (age 12+), and a well-equipped fitness center (ages 16+).

Children's program

Childcare is available hourly for children aged 4-12. Features include a children's billiards area, a separate freshwater children's pool with a slide, a playroom, and an outdoor playground.
