The holiday complex is nestled in beautiful gardens, separated from the gently sloping sandy beach only by the popular promenade. The center of Side, with its numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities, is approximately 1.5 km away. Public minibus connections and a taxi stand are located directly in front of the complex.

Summer:
The stylish holiday hotel offers a total of 261 rooms spread across two buildings, each with four floors. The reception area includes a lobby with comfortable seating, a lobby bar with a terrace, and a reception desk. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. Amenities include a buffet restaurant with a show cooking terrace, various à la carte restaurants (unlimited use subject to availability and prior reservation), several bars, and a patisserie. An indoor pool open in winter, a conference room, and various shops are available for a fee. The well-maintained outdoor area features a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a pool bar, and a snack bar, as well as a sun terrace. Bath towels, loungers, and umbrellas are included here and on the beach. For adults, there is a separate beach zone, and the buffet restaurant has a phone-free zone. Drink service is available on the beach from 9 AM to 5 PM in summer. Dining options are available from 8 AM to 11 PM in a restaurant next to the pool bar in the outdoor area.
Winter:
- Two à la carte restaurants are open.
- À la carte breakfast is not available.
- A heated indoor pool with a separate children's pool and direct access to the communal pool. Swim-up room pools are not heated.
- Only the pool bar is open outdoors (weather permitting).
- Bath towels, loungers, and umbrellas are included in the pool area.
- Beach area is closed, and no dining or drinking facilities are available.
- Rental of tennis equipment, beach volleyball, and bocce is not available.

Double Room Superior partial Sea View

The modernly furnished rooms feature a shower/toilet, hairdryer, vanity mirror, bathrobe, slippers, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, mini Nespresso machine, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, sofa, laminate flooring, and a balcony with partial sea view (D2S). Available for an additional charge with pool & partial sea view (DSP). Double room can be booked as single room (1SD/DST).

Deluxe Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and feature a French bed, sofa, iron, and ironing board. They offer sea views (2DM). Double room can be booked as single room (1DM).

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious with a shower/toilet, French bed, and a separate area with two single beds for children, separated by a sliding door. An iron and ironing board are included. The rooms also offer partial sea views (FS2).

Double Room Swim-Up

With the same amenities, these rooms offer a terrace and direct access to a shared private pool (SWD). An iron and ironing board are included. Also available as a single room (SWE). For safety reasons, children under six years of age are not permitted by Schauinsland-Reisen.

Penthouse Suite

In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, these suites are slightly larger, feature a French bed, a sofa, a dressing area with iron/ironing board, a shower/toilet with double sinks, a spacious balcony with a whirlpool, sun loungers, and umbrellas, as well as partial sea views (PHS).

Breakfast with fruit juices, lunch, dinner, and late breakfast buffet-style, as well as à la carte breakfast. Snacks and ice cream available during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight snacks and sandwiches from midnight to 2 AM. Some imported drinks, various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available at the respective open bars during specific hours and 24 hours at the lobby bar. The minibar is refilled daily once with water, soft drinks, and beer. Additionally, a "vegan and gluten-free corner" is available during meal times in the main restaurant.

The mini-club opening hours are between 10 AM and 11 PM from June 1st to September 30th.
