The holiday resort, built in terraces on a slope, is located slightly above the hotel zone, approx. 3 km from Side's old town, and extends down to the long, gently sloping sandy beach with a promenade. The location directly on Kumköy Street provides good transport links to Manavgat.

Summer:
The well-known comfort hotel has a total of 511 rooms and two annex buildings spread over six floors (elevators available). The various hotel facilities include a modernly designed elegant reception hall with a reception and contemporary seating areas, conference rooms, a main restaurant with a large terrace, various à la carte restaurants, and several bars. Exclusive shops, an internet café, a game hall with bowling, billiards, and video games, as well as a hairdresser (each for a fee), and an indoor pool, plus an outdoor pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex up to 6 MB. In the beautifully landscaped, terraced outdoor area, you'll find the large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, two water slides, two additional freshwater pools, one of which is a relax pool (for ages 18+), the pool bar, and the sun terrace. Sun loungers, towels, and umbrellas are included there and on the beach.
Winter:
- For stays of at least 21 days, you will receive a fruit basket and weekly laundry service up to 5 kg per room included.
- Entertainment on request several times a week: Nordic walking, hiking, cooking classes, yoga, and evening shows or occasional live music.
- No aqua aerobics.
- Sun loungers and bath towels are included on the sun terrace.
- Pool bar is closed.
- The indoor pool is only open during the winter season.
- In winter, a heated outdoor pool is available between November and March.

Accommodation

Double Room

The comfortably equipped rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror in the bathroom, slippers, air conditioning (individually adjustable), coffee and tea making facilities, Wi-Fi up to 6 MB, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, minibar, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double rooms with sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). Double rooms can also be booked for single use (DE/DEM). Isolated noise disturbances from Kumköy Street may occur in rooms facing the land side (also applies to single rooms).

Double Room Swim Up

These rooms are identical to the double rooms, located in the garden area with a shower/WC, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable), and are on the ground floor. They face the sea, have garden views, and direct pool access. The private pool area is shared by several rooms. Bookable for ages 16+ (SWD).

Deluxe Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, including a shower/WC, these rooms are slightly more spacious with a terrace (DD2). Bookable with a whirlpool for an extra charge (DDJ).

Super Saver Room (Summer)

These rooms are identical to the land-side double rooms with shower/WC and are located on the ground floor facing the street (SSZ).

Suite

The suites, with otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, additionally feature a separate living room. They are also equipped with laminate flooring and a bath/WC or shower/WC, and offer sea views (S2M).

Family Room Type B (Summer)

These rooms are located on the ground floor and consist of two open spaces connected by a staircase in a maisonette style. The modernly furnished rooms feature a living/sleeping area with a seating area and sofa bed. The lower level is equipped with a shower/WC, and the upper level has a bedroom with a shower/whirlpool/WC. These rooms face the garden/sea (2FB).

Family Room Type A

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these rooms feature a shower/WC, laminate flooring, and air conditioning (centrally controlled), a separate bedroom with a connecting door, and sea views (2FA).

Family Room Type C

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these rooms feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door, a shower/WC, and are located on the ground floor with pool views (2FC).

Ultra All Inclusive

With the new high-class concept, no wishes remain unfulfilled. You receive breakfast (including fresh orange juice), lunch, and dinner from lavish buffets, continental late risers' breakfast, various snack variations at several stations throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie, and ice cream (Italian ice cream) at specific times at several bars during the day, plus midnight snacks. You also have the option to dine in one of the à la carte restaurants three times per stay (further use for a fee). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as several well-known imported spirits (in summer) (e.g., Smirnoff, Chivas Regal, Remy Martin, Havana Club), are served 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. In the garden, there are several refrigerators from which you can help yourself. The minibar is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Buggy rental (subject to availability) at reception. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
