The holiday hotel is located directly on the long sandy beach. The town of Side is approx. 6 km away and the newly designed resort of Kumkoy is very close by. Taxi and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The well-maintained hotel complex with a total of 319 rooms, particularly popular with German regular guests, consists of a six-story main building and nine annex buildings (no elevator). Your hotel features a tastefully designed lobby with reception and seating areas, an elevator in the main building, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (included once per stay), and various shops for a fee. Wi-Fi is available at many points in the hotel area and in the rooms (with your own laptop) (included). The spacious garden houses two large freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces and a pool bar. The slide pool is located near the beach. Umbrellas, loungers, and mattresses are included. Beach towels for use by the pool and on the beach are provided free of charge daily. The Kumm Beach Bar is included for all guests in the All Inclusive program.

Double Room (approx. 25-28 sqm)

The friendly furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (hourly), mini-fridge, coffee/tea setup, satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Side sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) are available at an additional charge. Double room = single room for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Economy Double Room (approx. 25 sqm)

These rooms have a shower/WC, balcony, and a less preferred location in the hotel (SSZ), with otherwise identical amenities. Also available for single use (SSE).

Family Room (approx. 29 sqm) (Summer 2025)

Located in the annex building (no elevator), these rooms have the same amenities as double rooms (one room), are slightly more spacious, and include sleeping facilities for a third and fourth person (DF2).

King Suite (approx. 75 sqm)

These newly renovated rooms consist of two bedrooms with a French bed and two single beds, and a living room, separated by a connecting door, with two bathrooms/WC. A Nespresso coffee machine is provided. Unlimited use of the sister hotel Miramare Beach is included. Free services for massage, laundry, and high-speed internet are also available (KS).

The rooms have a balcony with garden view and a bedroom and a living room, equipped with a French bed and 2 pull-out armchairs, minibar, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, safe, laminate flooring, 1 bathroom, hairdryer, iron (on request), kettle, and tea/coffee facilities (S2). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, late riser breakfast, snacks by the pool at specific hours during the day (à la carte), coffee/tea and cakes in the patisserie between 11 am and 6 pm, and midnight soup. Freshly squeezed orange juice (at breakfast), various local and some selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with beer, soft drinks, still and mineral water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
