Located directly on the wide, gently sloping sandy beach of Kumköy. The resort of Side, with its many shopping and entertainment opportunities, is approx. 4 km away and easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

Summer:
The modern comfort hotel with a total of 270 rooms spread over four floors (elevators) features a stylish lobby with reception, lobby bar, and seating areas, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, several bars, and a pleasant indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open during the winter season). Further facilities include various shops, a hairdresser (both for a fee), two à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and for a fee), and a spa and wellness area (each facility/reservation/treatment incurs a charge). Pavilion service is available for a fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The well-maintained garden area features a large freshwater swimming pool with three water slides (operating at certain hours), a sun terrace, a separate children's pool, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are included for our guests by the pool and on the beach (with beach bar/snackbar/weather permitting from May onwards).
Winter:
- Beach volleyball is not offered.
- Kids' club is closed.
- No ice cream hour.
- No entertainment program.

Accommodation

Double Room

The double rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (operates hourly as needed), minibar, bathrobes (for an extra charge), tea/coffee making facilities, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony with land view (D). Double room for single use (DE). Rooms with partial sea view (DMS) and sea view are bookable for an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use with partial sea view (DES) or sea view (DEM).

Economy Double Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are located on intermediate floors accessible only by stairs and offer land views (SSZ).

Family Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms and a land view. They are larger and feature a visually separated sleeping area with bunk beds for the 3rd and 4th person (the 4th person can only be a child). Rooms with land view (DF2) have 3 steps at the entrance. Rooms with a separate bedroom and sea view are bookable for an extra charge (FM2). Summer'26: (F2M).

Superior Double Room Land View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, guests receive the following services: Welcome drink, 50% discount on laundry service (for stays of 14 nights or more), 15-minute introductory massage, 15% discount on wellness treatments, and a fruit basket upon arrival (DSI/DSU). Summer'26 also bookable as a double room for single use (DSE).

Superior Double Room Pool & Sea View Summer'26

With the same amenities as the double rooms, guests receive the following services:
Fruit basket in the room upon arrival, bathrobe for adult guests, 15-minute introductory massage, 20% discount on wellness treatments, faster Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, wheelchair accessible facilities in the hotel, welcome cocktail upon arrival, beach bag in the room on arrival day, free packed lunch on departure day. For stays of 7 nights or more: 50% discount on laundry service (PM). Double room for single use also bookable (PMS).

Extensive buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late riser breakfast, snacks at selected times during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and an ice cream hour. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are included at the open bars from 10 am to midnight. The minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks and beer (as needed). Wearing an All-Inclusive bracelet is mandatory. Appropriate attire is requested in the restaurants.

Imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, energy drinks, bottled beverages, and à la carte restaurant visits.
