Location

The well-known holiday hotel is situated in a prime location directly on the long, beautiful, and expansive sandy beach of Kumköy. Side is approximately 4 km away and easily accessible by public minibus and taxi services.

Facilities

This fantastic holiday complex with a total of 207 rooms spread across a main building offers a reception area with a lobby bar and shops (for a fee) in the main building, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants, a newly renovated snack bar (renovated), and an indoor pool (open in winter season and heated seasonally). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the terraced outdoor area, you'll find a beautifully designed freshwater swimming pool (heated in the early season and cooled in high season from Summer 26), three water slides (operates at certain hours), and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, cushions, beach towels, and umbrellas are included for our guests here and on the beach.

Double Room

The rooms are modernly furnished (extensively renovated from Summer 26) with a shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV (UHD 4K TV from Summer 26) with music channel, individually adjustable air conditioning, mini-fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, safe (for a fee), and a balcony (D). Rooms with partial sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMS). Double room for single use is also available (DE/DES).

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms (extensively renovated from Summer 26) and feature a standing balcony (SOZ).

Family Room

With all other features being the same as the double rooms (extensively renovated from Summer 26), these rooms have a separate living/sleeping area with a connecting door (DF2). (Also bookable under AYTD25 with DF2/2FA.)

Meals

Buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner, continental late riser's breakfast, Turkish snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and cakes, patisserie, and midnight soup. Dine once a week in one of the à la carte restaurants, subject to availability and prior reservation. An à la carte restaurant can also be used for lunch between 12 PM and 3 PM. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the bars open between 10 AM and 12 AM. The mini-fridge is stocked with water, beer, and soft drinks upon arrival and refilled daily with a bottle of still and mineral water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive

Freshly squeezed juices, all drinks in the discotheque (from 11 PM to 2 AM), imported drinks, bottled wines, and cocktails.

Sports included

Fitness room and boccia, (water) aerobics, and beach volleyball.

Children's program

Miniclub operating at certain hours (except Sundays) for children aged 4 to 12 and a playground. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.
