Location

The well-known holiday resort is located directly on the wide, gently sloping beautiful sandy beach. The lively center of Side is approx. 4 km away, and Manavgat is approx. 5 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis can be found near the hotel.

Summer:
This great mid-range hotel has a total of 254 rooms (spread across a four-story hotel building with an elevator and garden buildings) and offers a modern reception hall (Wi-Fi included) with seating areas, a lobby bar, a satellite TV/lounge room, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants, and a small indoor pool (open in winter season). Furthermore, there are several shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee). In the well-maintained garden area, you will find the freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another aqua slide pool (open seasonally and weather-dependent, for a few hours), and the sun terrace. The beach bar is also available at the beach. A restaurant for lunch (open seasonally) is located at the beach. Sun loungers, mattresses, and beach towels (change for a fee, free from summer 2026) are included at the beach with sunshades and by the pool with umbrellas.

Double Room

Located in the main building and equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safety deposit box for rent (free from summer 2026), minibar, kettle with herbal tea selection, laminate flooring, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi included, and a balcony (D). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM).

Garden Double Room

These rooms are located in the garden, separate from the main building, and have similar amenities to the double rooms (DG). Double room for single use (DEG).

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but are located in less favorable positions, facing the land side or in the garden area without a balcony, or sometimes with a French balcony (SSZ). Room allocation is at the discretion of the hotelier.

Superior Room Sea View

These rooms are identical in amenities to the double rooms, slightly larger, and have a sea view (DMU).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, late riser's breakfast, coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon, and midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the various bars between 10 AM and midnight. Soft drinks, beer, and coffee are served at the beach bar. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory. Minibar is replenished daily with bottled water and soft drinks.
