The hotel is located in the Gündogdu holiday region, approx. 600 m from the hotel's own sandy beach. A shuttle service to the beach is available. The ancient city of Side is approx. 15 km away, and the nearest shops are approx. 200 m away. Antalya Airport is approx. 45 km away.

The modern hotel has 355 rooms spread across four blocks, each with five floors and elevators. The interior includes a reception, lobby with seating areas, and a lobby bar. Standard Wi-Fi connection is included in the hotel area and in the rooms. Further facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace and various à la carte restaurants (included once with prior reservation for stays of 7 days, all further visits for a fee), an indoor pool (in winter season) with a separate children's pool. Various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Outside, there is a snack/pool bar, two large swimming pools, a separate children's pool, and another pool with five water slides. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included here and at the beach with a beach/snackbar.

The modernly furnished rooms have a shower/WC with a hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, LCD IP TV, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony facing the land side (D). Rooms with pool view (PD) can be booked at an additional charge. Double room = single room for single occupancy (DE/PDE). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Single occupancy with sea view can be booked (DEM).

With similar furnishings to the double rooms, an additional bedroom and facing the land side (DF2).

Various local and some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks and beer. Wearing an all-inclusive wristband is mandatory.
