The attractive holiday resort is located amidst the vast dune landscape of Gündogdu, approx. 300 metres from the fine sandy beach. The nearest town with some shopping facilities is approx. 1 km away, Side with numerous shopping and entertainment options is approx. 12 km away. Public minibus and taxi services are available near the hotel.

The spacious Adults Only hotel consists of one building amidst extensive gardens and offers a total of 243 rooms on four floors (lifts available). The hotel's many amenities include an elegant reception hall with a reception area, chic seating and lobby bar, LCD satellite TV room, several bars, a game centre (each for a fee), the main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (reservation required, only one is open daily) and a bistro. Furthermore, there are several shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee) as well as a well-equipped spa area. Wi-Fi is included only in the lobby area (floor -1) and in the rooms, and is subject to a charge outside the lobby. The centrepiece of the spacious garden area is the large freshwater swimming pool, the sun terrace and a pool bar. Sun loungers, mattresses and umbrellas are provided free of charge both at the pool and on the beach with a beach bar/snack bar. Towel changes are included.

Double Room

The comfortably and modernly furnished rooms have a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, a safe (for a fee), minibar, laminate flooring and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM).

Economy Double Room

These rooms have a shower/WC and are slightly smaller, otherwise they are equipped the same as the standard double rooms facing the land side, but without a balcony (SOZ). Double room for single use (SOE).

Family Room

These rooms offer the same amenities as the double rooms, with a shower/WC, one bedroom with a French bed and a second bedroom separated by a connecting door, with two single beds (DF2).

Comfort Double Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the standard double rooms with direct sea view, plus late check-out (until 3 p.m.), a fruit basket and a bottle of wine on arrival, as well as one additional visit to one of the à la carte restaurants (CM). Double room for single use (CME).

Rich buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with cold and hot dishes, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and midnight snack or soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the bars open at the time between 10 a.m. and midnight. Daily minibar refilling with water and soft drinks.
