Location

The hotel is located in the well-known holiday area of Evrenseki, approx. 250 m from the extensive, gently sloping sandy beach and approx. 8 km from the historic center of Side with its numerous shops and entertainment options. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The popular holiday resort consists of five buildings and has a total of 346 rooms spread across five floors (five elevators available). The various hotel facilities include a tastefully furnished reception hall with a reception desk, lobby bar, seating areas, and an LCD satellite TV corner, the buffet restaurant with a terrace area, an à la carte restaurant (with prior reservation and a booking fee, from Sun'26 with prior reservation and no booking fee), various bars, a discotheque, and a modern indoor pool (open and heated in winter). There is also a game room with an internet corner, shops, and a hairdresser (charges apply for both). Wi-Fi is free in the reception area and in the rooms. The outdoor area features two freshwater swimming pools, one with four water slides, a relaxation pool, and a separate children's pool with water slides for kids (available at certain hours), as well as a snack bar on the beach. Sun loungers by the pool and on the beach, beach towels, and mattresses by the pool are included.
Winter:
- Sun loungers on the sun terrace are included
- Only soft animation is offered
- The indoor pool is only available in winter
- Water slides are closed in winter

Accommodation

Double Room

The modern and tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, mini-fridge, kettle with tea/coffee setup, satellite TV with music channel, safety deposit box for rent, air conditioning (individually controlled), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). In winter, can be booked as type I with a limited quota (DI). Double room for single use (DE). For specific dates in summer, single rooms can be booked at slightly lower rates with a limited quota (DEA/DEB).
With a 2+2+1 or 3+1+1 occupancy, the room may feel cramped.
Also available as a Young Traveller room (for guests aged 18-29 only) (YTR). Also for single use (YTE).

Double Room Superior

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but are located in the annex building (DSU). Also available for single use (DSE).

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and are located in a less preferred area (SSZ).

Family Room

These rooms, with otherwise similar amenities, consist of two bedrooms in a maisonette style with an open staircase (DF2).

Family Room with Connecting Door (Type A)

These rooms, with amenities similar to the double rooms, consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door (2FA).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, midnight soup. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages available from 10 am to midnight at the respective open bars. The mini-fridge is stocked with still water daily. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive

Freshly squeezed fruit juices, imported beverages, all drinks in the discotheque and after midnight.
