The hotel complex is located approximately 250 m from the fine sandy beach of Side-Colakli. The nearest town in Colakli is about 2 km away, Manavgat is about 12 km away, and Side with its numerous shopping and entertainment options is about 9 km away. Antalya Airport is approximately 55 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The holiday resort has a main building and six annex buildings, each with four to five floors and a total of 203 rooms. Central facilities include the inviting reception area with seating areas and lobby bar, the main restaurant with terrace, several bars, and Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. Various shops and a conference room (for a fee). The well-maintained outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and two water slides (for a fee, during certain hours), a pool bar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and at the beach (with beach bar).

The modernly furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), direct dial telephone, satellite LED TV, safe (rental), minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE).

The minibar is stocked daily with a bottle of water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory. Appropriate attire is requested.
