The hotel is located in the Colakli holiday region, approx. 200 m from the hotel's own sandy beach. The nearest entertainment and shopping facilities are approx. 200 m away. The ancient city of Side is approx. 11 km and Antalya Airport is approx. 55 km away.

The chic hotel has 293 rooms spread over five floors with an elevator. The interior includes a reception, lobby with seating areas and lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the hotel and in the rooms. Further facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (from May 15th, included once per stay for guests aged 6 and over with advance reservation, all further visits for a fee), a disco, satellite TV lounge, indoor pool with integrated children's pool (open in winter season), various shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee). Outside, there is a snack/pool bar, a large swimming pool (heated until April 30th and from October 15th), a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool, and an aqua park with seven water slides and a mini aqua tower for children (hourly). Sun loungers, sunshades, and mattresses are included here and at the beach with a beach/snackbar. Towel changes are included once a week; on other days, a fee applies.

Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms have a shower/WC with hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). Pool-view rooms can be booked for an additional charge (DP).

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but are in a less favorable location and without a balcony (SOZ).

Family Room

These rooms offer two separate bedrooms with a connecting door, with the same amenities as the double rooms (DF2). Rooms with two bathrooms can also be booked for an additional charge (FG).

Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Ice cream during lunch and dinner, snacks at the beach bar during lunch; coffee, tea, and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon, and a midnight snack from 10 PM to 7 AM at the new bistro bar. You will receive a variety of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, 24 hours a day at the open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with water and soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
