The hotel in Colakli is approx. 300 m from the wide sandy beach (partially rocky, bathing shoes recommended). Side, with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues, is approx. 9 km away, and Antalya Airport is approx. 55 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The hotel complex has several adjacent buildings with a total of 296 rooms, spread over four floors (elevators available). Hotel facilities include a friendly reception area with a reception desk and inviting seating areas, a lobby bar, other bars, the buffet restaurant with terrace, and various shops and a hairdresser (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The indoor pool is open depending on weather conditions and at the hotelier's discretion. The well-maintained garden area features a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and two water slides (open for limited hours and depending on weather conditions and at the hotelier's discretion), sun terraces, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included for guests here and on the beach with a beach bar.

The friendly furnished rooms, approx. 23 m², are equipped with a shower or bath/toilet, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, mini-fridge, LCD satellite TV, safe (for a fee), air conditioning (individually adjustable), and balcony, as well as laminate flooring (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Family Room

These rooms (approx. 43 m²) have similar amenities to the double rooms but consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, snacks at certain times during the day, coffee/tea and cake, and ice cream. Midnight soup from 11:30 PM to 12 AM. The minibar is filled with water upon arrival and refilled daily as needed.
