The modern comfort hotel is located approx. 75 m from the long pebble beach in the Kemer resort area, separated only by a side street. Kemer town centre with its numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities is about 300 m away. Public minibus and taxi services are available near the hotel.

The appealing holiday hotel consists of six floors with a total of 356 rooms (three lifts available). In addition to a modernly furnished reception hall with a seating area and lobby bar, the hotel has a main restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), various à la carte restaurants, and several bars. The hotel also offers a hairdresser, several shops, a mini-market, four conference rooms, and a fully equipped spa, health and beauty centre for a fee. Wi-Fi is included in the general hotel areas and in the rooms. The beautifully landscaped garden area offers two freshwater swimming pools in summer, one of which has a water park (open for a few hours daily) and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels (with a towel card) are provided free of charge by the pool and at the beach.
Winter
- Indoor pool (1.11.-31.3. weather permitting) with a separate children's pool.
- Sun loungers and towels on the sun terrace are included at the hotelier's discretion, weather permitting.
- Soft animation only as entertainment program.
- Jacuzzi is not available.
- Beach not in operation.

Accommodation

Double Room

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms with a French bed and a single bed are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (central control), minibar, satellite TV with music channels, Wi-Fi, safe, carpeted flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with partial sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMS). Double room for single use (DZ=EZ). (DE/DES).

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms with land view but in a less desirable location (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE).
(Also bookable as single rooms under AYTC13, but only with a special price. Room allocation is at the hotelier's discretion.)

Large Double Room

While otherwise equipped identically to the double rooms, these rooms also feature a bunk bed (D2X).

Family Room

While also featuring the same equipment as the double rooms with land view, these rooms have an additional separate bedroom with two single beds and an interconnecting door (DF2).

Comfort Room (Winter '24/25)

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms are located on the land side (2CD).

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast, late risers' breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet (including diet buffet), various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and midnight snack. Option for one dinner at an à la carte restaurant (subject to availability and with prior reservation for stays of at least 4 nights, for ages 7 and above, included once at one of the à la carte restaurants specified by the hotel). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the open bars. Some imported drinks are also available free of charge from 10 a.m. to midnight. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and refilled daily.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

All imported drinks from midnight to 10 a.m., bottled drinks, selected imported drinks, fresh juices, international wines, and premium spirits, additional dinners at à la carte restaurants.
