Your holiday destination is located directly on the long pebble/sand beach of Kemer-Kiris. The hotel is also situated on a main road. The city of Antalya is about 44 km away, and Antalya Airport is approx. 65 km from the beach hotel. Public minibuses and taxis are available on the nearby main road.

Summer:
The tastefully furnished, five-story complex has a total of 401 rooms, spread across a main building and several two- to five-story annex buildings. The hotel facilities include a beautiful lobby with a reception area and seating groups, elevators, Wi-Fi is included here and in the rooms, a buffet restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (for a fee), various bars, a patisserie, a discotheque, a TV corner, and an indoor pool. Shops, conference rooms, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. The well-maintained outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a children's pool, a small aqua pool with four water slides (seasonal), and a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are included for our guests here and on the beach.
Winter:
- Only one à la carte restaurant is open (for a fee)
- The children's pool and aqua pool with water slides will be heated.

Accommodation

Double Room

The lovely rooms are located in the annex buildings and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, safe, LCD satellite TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning (seasonal, centrally controlled), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Double Room Type A

With the same amenities, these rooms are located in the main building with a bath/WC and land view (DA). Sea view available for an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use (DEA/DEM).

Comfort Double Room

These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms and additionally feature a double bed and sofa bed or 3 single beds (at the hotel's discretion), bathrobe service, one-time free à la carte restaurant use, a fruit basket, and wine service upon arrival (2CE). Double room for single use (1CD).

Comfort Family Room

These rooms are located in the main building and, with the same amenities as the family rooms, feature two bedrooms, each with a shower/WC in a maisonette style, as well as bathrobe service, fruit, and sparkling wine upon arrival, and allow for one-time free use of an à la carte restaurant (FC2).

Duplex Family Room

These rooms, consisting of two rooms in a maisonette style, have two showers/WCs and otherwise the same amenities as the comfort double rooms (DUP).

Buffet breakfast, late riser breakfast, buffet lunch and dinner, pastries in the patisserie during the day, and a small midnight buffet with soup, salad, snacks, fruit, and dessert. There is also a children's buffet (for 15+ children) during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and bottle warmers, sterilizers, microwaves, and blenders are available during the day. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 9 AM to midnight at the open bars. Your minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks and water.

Not included in All Inclusive

Premium drinks, imported alcoholic beverages, local and imported specialty wines, sparkling wines, bottled drinks, energy drinks, fresh fruit juices, and drinks after midnight.

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Buffet breakfast, late riser breakfast, buffet lunch and dinner, pastries, ice cream, and waffles in the patisserie during the day, and a small midnight buffet with soup, salad, snacks, fruit, and dessert. There is also a children's buffet (for 15+ children) during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and bottle warmers, sterilizers, microwaves, and blenders are available during the day. Various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages, are included from 9 AM to 2 AM at the open bars. Your minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks, water, beer, and fruit juice, and milk for our younger guests.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Premium drinks, local and imported wine specialties and champagne, bottled drinks, and fresh fruit juices.

Sports included

Two hard tennis courts, tennis equipment (deposit required), fitness center, table tennis, and darts.

Children's program

Hourly mini-club for children aged 4 to 7 years and midi-club for children aged 8 to 11 years during the day. Children under 4 years can also participate in the mini-club program under parental supervision.
