The holiday hotel is located in the Çolaklı holiday area, approx. 800 m from the wide private sandy beach (free shuttle service from the hotel to the beach available). Side with its many shopping and entertainment opportunities is approx. 8 km away, and Antalya Airport is approx. 50 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The modern hotel complex has several building sections with a total of 396 rooms spread over six floors (elevators available). The hotel facilities include a friendly reception area with a lobby and inviting seating areas, lobby bar, brasserie, various à la carte restaurants (one dinner in one of the three restaurants is included with a minimum stay of 7 nights; reservation and availability apply, appropriate dress code is requested), the large buffet restaurant with terrace, conference room, and a beautiful indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open and heated in April and October, weather permitting). There is also a hairdresser and various shops (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool (for ages 16+), and an aqua park with seven water slides (operated seasonally and weather permitting), a snack terrace, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, bath towels, and parasols are included for all guests by the pool and on the beach with a beach bar.

Super Saver Room

Identical to the double rooms with a view of the adjacent building (SSZ).

Double Room

The rooms have a double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed (190x60 cm), shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, LCD satellite TV, tea/coffee setup, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). Rooms with pool view can be booked for an extra charge (PD/PDE).

Superior Double Room

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms are slightly larger and have a pool view (DSU). The sleeping accommodation for the third person is a Josephine bed (170 x 70 cm) and for the fourth person, there is a sofa bed (60x190 cm) in the room. From Summer '26 onwards, DZ=EZ for single use (DSE).

Superior Double Room Type B without Balcony

These are identical to the Superior Double Rooms but without a balcony, available under specific conditions and with limited availability, and offer a pool view (DSB/SBH). From Summer '26 onwards, DZ=EZ for single use (SBG).

Family Room Type A

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms have a shower/WC, a double bed, and a separate bedroom with a single bed (2FA).
