The holiday hotel, popular with German regular guests, is located on the extensive sand/pebble beach in the center of Alanya.
The hotel can also be booked with the destination airport Gazipasa (GZP); the distance is 35 km.

The holiday complex comprises a total of 240 rooms spread across several one- to two-story buildings (no elevator) directly on the beach and the annex buildings with three (no elevator), four, or five floors (all with elevators) on the opposite side of the street (underpass available). Central amenities include the reception area with a lobby, inviting seating areas, and panoramic bar, the buffet restaurant, and an à la carte restaurant (open from May 1 to October 15, included once per stay) on the beach side. In the annex area, you will find a satellite TV corner and the wellness area. Additionally, there are various shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in public areas and rooms. The beautifully landscaped garden features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, sun terraces, and a lawn, as well as a pool/snack bar. Loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are available around the pool and at the beach bar, along with the first beach towel (provided in the room), all included.

Double Room Type A

The rooms are located on the beach and offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), Smart Sat.-TV with music channel, safety deposit box (rental fee), coffee/tea making facilities, mini-fridge, tiled floor, and balcony (DA). DZ = EZ for single use (DEA).

Double Room Type B

These rooms are located in the annex buildings and have similar amenities to Double Rooms Type A (DB). DZ = EZ for single use (DEB).

Super Saver Room

Identical to Double Rooms Type B but in a less favorable location (SSZ).

Family Room

With the same amenities and location as Double Rooms Type B, but with 2 bedrooms connected by a door (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, afternoon coffee/tea and cakes, as well as a midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the open bars from 10 am to 12 am, included. The mini-fridge is stocked with still water upon arrival, which will be refilled if needed. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
