This modern hotel complex is set in approximately 50,000 m² of beautifully landscaped gardens, directly on the hotel's own pebble/sand beach. The hotel's shuttle service to Manavgat/Side and Alanya is included. Both towns are approximately 35 km from the hotel. The hotel can also be booked with the destination airport Gazipasa (GZP); the distance is 79 km.

The resort hotel, which is particularly popular with German regular guests, has 498 rooms spread across the main building with five floors and the separate building with seven floors. Several panoramic elevators are available. It offers its guests an elegant lobby with reception, seating areas, and lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various specialty restaurants, several bars, a hairdresser, various shops, and a game hall (each for a fee) with several attractions, and an attractive wellness center with an indoor pool and a separate children's pool. Wi-Fi is included in the reception area and in the rooms. In the extensive, very well-maintained garden area, besides the amphitheater for evening events and a small amusement park, there is also the large freshwater pool landscape with three swimming pools, including the relaxation pool (access from 15 years), three children's pools, and an aquapark with five water slides for children, as well as an aquapark with six water slides for adults, and the sun terrace with pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and bath towels are included here and at the beach with a beach bar, weather permitting.

The comfortable and spacious rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (hourly, centrally controlled), satellite TV, minibar, direct dial telephone, safe, and balcony (D). Rooms with sea view (DM) or side sea view (DMS) can be booked at an additional charge. DZ = Single room for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

They offer the same amenities as the double rooms, are located in the separate building, have a second bedroom with a connecting door, and side sea view (FS2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet style, late riser breakfast, snacks available during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as an ice cream hour and midnight snack. You have the option to dine once per stay in each of the seven à la carte restaurants upon reservation/availability. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (including fresh orange juice) as well as some imported drinks are available at the open bars around the clock. Daily minibar replenishment with beer, soft drinks, water, plus mineral water and crackers. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
