The modern holiday resort is located directly on the long sand/pebble beach. Alanya, with its beautiful harbor, and the picturesque old town of Side are each about 35 km away. Public minibus connections are available on the nearby main road.

The comfort hotel offers 188 rooms, spread across the main building with five floors and the annex building. Among the many amenities are the impressive reception hall with a reception desk, five elevators, inviting seating areas, and a spacious lobby bar with a terrace. Additionally, there is the main restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (subject to availability and reservation, for a fee), other bars, various shops (for a fee), and the wellness area. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The outdoor area features a main pool and a children's pool, a seawater infinity pool by the beach, a relaxation pool for adults and one for children, an aqua pool with five water slides for adults, and an aqua tower with seven water slides for children, sun terraces, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included here and at the beach with a beach bar.
