The hotel is located directly on the hotel's own pebble/sand beach, with rock slabs in front (bathing shoes recommended), in Konakli. The town center of Alanya with numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities is about 10 km away. Public transport and taxis are available. Gazipasa Airport is approx. 60 km away.

The extensive complex is built on a total of 60,000 m² and offers 486 rooms distributed among one building with seven floors. The reception hall includes a reception, a lobby with comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is available for a fee. Facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (one included with a seven-night stay upon prior reservation), several bars, a patisserie, conference rooms, various shops (for a fee), an indoor pool with an integrated children's pool, and a wellness center. The outdoor area features an entertainment stage, two freshwater swimming pools with separate children's pools, another pool with five water slides (hourly operation), a children's pool with five water slides, a pool/snackbar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the pools and on the beach with a beach/snackbar.

Double Room

These standard rooms, approx. 26-28 m², feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, individually regulated air conditioning, safe, minibar, LCD satellite TV, Wi-Fi (for a fee), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use is also possible (DE/DEM).

Double Room Type A

With the same amenities as the double rooms, available in limited numbers and at a more favorable rate for families with children (DA).

Super Saver Room without Balcony (Summer 25)

With similar amenities to the double rooms, but without a balcony, facing the land side, in a less desirable location (SOZ). Double room for single use (SOE).

Family Room

These rooms, approx. 36-40 m², with similar amenities, consist of two bedrooms separated by a connecting door and face the land side (DF2).

Super Saver Room with Balcony (Summer 26)

With similar amenities to the double rooms, facing the land side in a less desirable location (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets, patisserie, cakes, coffee and tea times, ice cream at specific times, and various snack rounds complete the daily offering. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10 AM to 2 AM at the bars that are open. The minibar is restocked daily with water. Wearing an all-inclusive wristband is mandatory. Appropriate evening wear is requested.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Imported drinks, all drinks in the disco bar, freshly squeezed orange juice, energy drinks, and drinks after 2 AM.
