The Kirman Sidera Luxury is located directly on the long, expansive pebble/sand beach in the Okurcalar holiday area. The city of Alanya is approx. 33 km away and Manavgat 23 km away. Various shopping and entertainment facilities are just a few minutes' walk away. Taxis and minibuses are available near the hotel. Antalya Airport is 90 km away.

The modern and spacious hotel complex has a total of 410 rooms spread across a five-story main building. Facilities include a reception hall with a reception desk and comfortable seating areas. The hotel building houses various bars, a satellite TV corner and games room (subject to availability), various lounges, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, several à la carte restaurants (from April 1st to November 26th, depending on reservation and availability, included once for a 7-night stay), and a wellness area with an indoor pool (seasonal). Some shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The well-maintained garden area features two freshwater swimming pools, one with seven water slides (open at certain hours), sun terraces, a separate children's pool (heated in April and May), and a pool/snack bar. A beach bar is available on the beach. Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas, as well as beach towels, are included for our guests at the pool and on the beach.

Double Room

The comfortably furnished rooms feature a shower or bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, laminate/or tiled floor, and a balcony (D). Rooms with a side or direct sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS/DM). Double room for single use (DE/DES/DEM/EIM).

Double Room Whirlpool

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these feature a whirlpool on the terrace and a side sea view (SDJ). Rooms with a direct sea view can be booked at an additional charge (D2J).

Family Room

The family rooms, with otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, have an additional bedroom with a connecting door and a bath/WC (DF2).

Family Room Type A (Connection Room)

These are identical to the Family Rooms, but slightly more spacious (2FA).

Superior Double Room

The rooms consist of one double bed and one single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, bathrobe, slippers, pillow selection, air conditioning, digital satellite and LCD screen, IP TV, baby cot (optional), free safe, minibar, and kettle (tea and coffee), laminate flooring, and a balcony (DSU).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as late riser's breakfast, served buffet style. Various snacks, coffee/tea, pastries, and a midnight buffet are available throughout the day. Various local alcoholic and some international drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars, as well as in the disco from 11 PM to 2 AM. Premium minibar (The premium minibar contains on arrival day: a bottle of beer, malt, a 37.5 cl bottle of red wine, 20 cl imported whisky, Nescafe Express Cold Coffee, soda, chocolate, Sprite, a can of cola, Fanta, iced tea, orange and cherry juice, water, chips, chocolate. Further refills include beer, malt, water, and non-alcoholic beverages.
