Location

The holiday resort is located in a quiet bay directly on the long sand/pebble beach of Karaburun. The town of Alanya is 33 km away, Side 27 km, and Manavgat 24 km. Taxi and minibus connections are available near the hotel. Antalya Airport is 90 km away.

The comfortable hotel complex of the Kirman Group has a total of 360 rooms on five floors with four panoramic lifts. Facilities include an elegant reception hall with a reception area, comfortable seating, and an elegant lobby, a game hall, and Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (reservation required, subject to availability, one included for stays of at least 7 nights), various shops, a mini-market, a hairdresser, and the wellness area (extra charge for some services) and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool. In the garden area, there is an amphitheater for evening entertainment, a freshwater swimming pool with five water slides and a separate children's pool (heated in April and May), and a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, sun umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the pools and on the beach (with beach bar).

Double room

The tastefully furnished rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, one double bed and one single bed, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, air conditioning (limited hours, central), laminate and tiled flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with a side or direct sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS/DM). Double room for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family room

The family rooms, with otherwise identical features to the double rooms, have an additional sleeping area with a connecting door and a bath/WC (DF2).

Double Room Superior

The rooms consist of one double bed and one single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, bathrobe, slippers, pillow menu, air conditioning, digital satellite and LCD screen, IP TV, baby cot (optional), free safe, minibar, and kettle (tea and coffee), laminate flooring, and a balcony (DSU).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight buffet. A wide selection of local alcoholic beverages, and in summer 2023 also some imported drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages are available around the clock at the bars that are open. Drinks are also available in the disco bar (11 PM to 2 AM). Premium minibar (The premium minibar includes on arrival day a bottle of beer, malt, a 37.5 cl bottle of red wine, 20 cl imported whisky, Nescafe Express Cold Coffee, Soda, chocolate, Sprite, a can of cola, Fanta, iced tea, orange and cherry juice, water, chips, chocolate. Further refills include beer, malt, water, and non-alcoholic beverages.
