Location

This holiday destination with a view of the Mediterranean Sea is located in Incekum, directly on 3 private sandy beaches (partly rocky). The center of Avsallar with numerous shopping facilities is about 4 km away. Alanya with its well-known nightlife can be reached after approx. 22 km. Taxis and public transport are in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel, built on an area of approx. 30,000 m², has 358 rooms spread across six floors and villas. Facilities include a lobby with a reception and comfortable seating, elevators, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in the rooms. A buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace, an à la carte restaurant (reservation required and for a fee), and a patisserie. Various shops, a hairdresser, and the spa area (each for a fee). In the outdoor area, there is a freshwater pool landscape, children's pool, as well as sun terraces and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included here and at the beach with a beach/snackbar.

Accommodation

Double room

The stylishly furnished rooms are approx. 24 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central, weather-dependent), minibar, coffee/tea setup, safe, LED satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony facing the land side (D). Direct sea view can be booked for an additional charge in summer (DM). Double rooms can also be booked for single use (DE/DEM).

Economy double room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but slightly smaller (approx. 14 sqm), without a balcony, and in a less desirable location (SOZ).

Villa Standard Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, but slightly smaller (approx. 19 sqm) and located in the annex building (V2). Double rooms can also be booked for single use (V1).

Family Room

With amenities similar to the double rooms, they consist of two separate bedrooms with an connecting door and are a total of approx. 40 sqm, featuring a shower/WC, sofa, and an LED satellite TV each (DF2).

Villa Family Room

Slightly more spacious than the family rooms, with two bedrooms and a living room, approx. 38 sqm. Otherwise, the amenities are the same, and they are located in the annex building (VF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea, cake, and midnight snacks. Various imported and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the respective open bar around the clock. The minibar is refilled daily with water and soft drinks.

Freshly squeezed fruit juices and cocktails. Bottled drinks and other imported and local alcoholic beverages.
