Location

The impressive holiday complex is located directly on the wide sand/pebble beach (slightly pebbly at the high tide line) of Özdere. You can reach this small town with its shopping facilities in about 3 km. The distance to the well-known ancient city of Ephesus is approx. 25 km and to Kusadasi about 35 km. Public minibus and taxi services are available near the hotel.

The resort hotel, with a total area of approx. 50,000 m², consists of a main building with seven floors and a total of 470 rooms. Guest amenities include an elegant reception hall with a reception desk, lobby bar, comfortable seating areas, and elevators. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel offers a buffet restaurant with a terrace, several à la carte restaurants (free once per stay for stays of 7 days or more), various bars, an Irish pub, a patisserie, a discotheque, and conference rooms, shops, and a hairdresser for a fee. In the extensive garden area, there are two large freshwater swimming pools with pavilions (for a fee), another freshwater pool with four water slides (open at certain hours), and a separate children's pool with three water slides (open at certain hours), as well as a sun terrace and pool/snackbar. Here and at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar and pier, sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge. In the private beach section, pavilions with loungers and mattresses are available for a fee.

Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe and slippers, direct dial telephone, minibar, coffee/tea setup, safe, LCD satellite TV (82''), Wi-Fi, air conditioning (centrally controlled, weather-dependent), laminate flooring, and a balcony facing the land side. A sofa bed is available for the third person (D). Sea view or side sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DM/DMS). Double room for single occupancy (DE/DEM/DES).

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and have a restricted view (SSZ).

Suite Type A

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these suites consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, land view, and two TVs and minibars (So25: 2SA//So26: SA).

Suite Type B

With otherwise identical amenities to Suite Type A, these suites have a sea view (2SB).

Royal Double Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms offer an additional living room separated by a connecting door without a sofa bed, a second LCD television, and two bathrooms/toilets (one with a bathtub, one with a shower). The rooms have a sea view (RZ2).

Lagoon Double Room

With similar amenities to the Royal Deluxe rooms, these rooms feature two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a living room. They have two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower). The rooms have a sea view (LD2).

You will receive breakfast (with freshly squeezed orange juice), lunch, and dinner, including a diet section, served buffet-style. Various snacks are available throughout the day at multiple stations, along with coffee/tea, pastries, and ice cream at the patisserie, and a midnight snack. A selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as several imported drinks, are served 24 hours a day at the respective open bars.
