The hotel is located in Kusadasi, approx. 200 m from the public sand/pebble beach (swimming shoes recommended). Several shops and the marina are located in the immediate vicinity. The city center is within walking distance.

The small hotel has 72 rooms. The interior includes a lobby with reception, lobby bar, and TV room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises free of charge. Facilities also include an à la carte restaurant (for a fee/weather permitting) with air conditioning and a terrace. The pool area includes a seasonally open pool and a pool bar (seasonal). Guests can also relax in the hotel's garden. Sunshades and sun loungers are available free of charge by the pool; beach towels are included twice a week per person. Sunshades, mattresses, and sun loungers are available for a fee on the public beach.

Suite

These suites have a bedroom and a living/sleeping area with a balcony (S2). They are identical in terms of features and size to the Junior Suites. Single room (S1) is equivalent to a double room for single occupancy. Pool view can be booked for an additional charge (S2P).
