Location

The holiday complex is situated on a terraced slope in Kusadasi-Pamucak Bay, where guests can swim from the platform entrances between the sandy beach and the sea. The center of Kusadasi, with its numerous entertainment options, is approximately 9 km away. Good public minibus connections are available.

The hotel consists of a main building with 8 floors (elevators available) and several country-style bungalows, each with 2 to 3 floors, totaling 352 rooms. Further facilities of the holiday complex include an elegant lobby with reception and lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various specialty restaurants (included once a week with a minimum stay of 7 days, with reservation and subject to availability), several bars, and a wine bar. A heated indoor pool (closed seasonally and from May to September, weather permitting) and a modern wellness area are also available. Wi-Fi is free throughout the entire complex. In the spacious garden area, guests have access to a stage for evening entertainment, a pool landscape with four swimming pools (one of which is a relaxation pool), two more pools with water slides (one for adults with three slides and another for children with a slide park, closed seasonally from May to September, weather permitting), as well as various sun terraces and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, parasols, and bath towels (against deposit) are included by the pool and at the beach with beach bar.

Accommodation

Double Room (Bungalow)

The rooms, approximately 25 m², are located in the bungalow area and are modernly furnished. They feature a double bed and a single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning (centrally controlled and operated hourly), minibar (stocked with water), kettle for coffee and tea preparation, safe, direct dial telephone, ceramic or tiled floor, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Superior Room

Located in the main building with similar amenities as the double rooms, and offering sea view (DMU). Double room for single use (DME).

Family Room (Bungalow)

With otherwise identical features and location as the bungalow double rooms, these rooms consist of two separate areas: the main bedroom with a double bed, and another room with two single beds or a bunk bed (at the hotel's discretion). A door separates the two sleeping areas (DF2).

Superior Family Room (Bungalow)

With otherwise identical features and location as the bungalow family rooms, these rooms are more spacious (approx. 41m²) and feature two bedrooms with a connecting door and a living area (F2U).

Junior Suite

With otherwise similar features and location as the superior rooms, these rooms are more spacious (approx. 32 m²) and feature a bathroom/WC, and a sofa bed for the 3rd person (JS2). Double room for single use (JS1).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, late risers' breakfast, snacks at various stations throughout the day, ice cream hour, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the open bars from 10 AM to midnight. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
